Kingston. Early concrete structure partly faced with Portland blue stonework with a red brick band. The Governors office and administration department forms a gate house to the inner part of the prison. Behind this three wings form a star plan around an octagonal hall. The Vicarage. Attractive mid-Victorian villa. A two storey flint faced building with gabled slate roof. Slightly projecting wing on front elevation, north end with gable facing Milton Road with decorative wooden bargeboards, and angular bay window running thorough two storeys, with small paned casement.
