Cams Hall. Designed by Jacob Leroux and and built in 1771, incorporating an earlier structure, as a country mansion for the Delme family. Much of the building material came from Place House, Titchfield which was also owned by Peter Delme. The entrance front of the house is of ashlar and has a three-storey central block. The central three bays have windows recessed in round headed arcading on ground floor, above arcading engaged Ionic columns rise thorough two floors with pediment above. The first floor windows are in moulded surrounds, the central one with pediment. Doorway in moulded surround. Single storey wings are faced with Roman cement, each wing has a recess flanked by pilasters, and doors in round headed arches. The south front of the house is of red brick, the central part three storeys, the centre three bays of this part forming a bow which is higher than rest of building, surmounted by parapet and iron railing. Cams Hall. A long two storey block, brick built with tile roof, forms a southern boundary of the farm courtyard. Ground floor windows and doors have segmental arches.
