C.19		 No. 22. 2 storeys. Rendered, with tile roof. Sash windows with ground floor shop window. Glazed door with fanlight. Fronts onto footpath to North View. Built in 1860s, originally an off-licence, then a shop, now a private dwelling. Willow tree in front garden.     SU 473 298

C.19		 Nos. 20 and 21. 2 storeys, basement to No. 20. Terrace of two houses. Rendered with slate roofs. Two ground floor bay windows on Avenue Road elevation, aprons rebuilt. 4-pane sash windows on first floor.     SU 473 298

 Nos. 14-19 (consec.). Late Victorian terrace of red brick houses. 2 storeys. Slate roofs. Sash windows and bay window on ground floor. Stone lintel over porch. Low front garden walls, some with railings.     SU 473 298

 No. 1. Late Victorian flint-faced end of terrace house, circa 1871. 2 storeys and basement. Slate roof. Stone quoins and lintels. Full height double bay windows on street frontage. Front door with corrugated iron curved verandah above, on side elevation. Originally called Verandah Cottage.     SU 473 298

C.19		 Nos. 2-13 (consec.). Built 1865-6 by Henry Newman. Slate roofs, some remains of decorated spines. Nos. 2-5. and 10- 1 3, of red brick with a band of cream brick between ground and first floor. Nos. 6-9, flint-faced with red brick dressings. Sash windows, and one in roof. Low front garden wall with railings.     SU 473 298
