West End Community Centre, formerly West End School, Queens Road. Dates from 1874. Single-storey, red brick building with white wood overhanging eaves. Three large hall-type classrooms and many smaller rooms. Typical mid-Victorian school building, used as a community centre incorporating a theatre.     SU 860 506
