Description and Date: Lodge, Gates and Boundary
Remarks: Kingston Cemetery. Entrance gateway has Gothic central vehicular arch with flanking pedestrian arches with transept type roofs. Stone detail with flint infill on cemetery side and chalk infill on St. Mary's Road frontage. Gothic finials and mouldings. Iron gates. Consecrated in 1855 and opened in 1856. The Gothic Lodge adjoins the gateway. The boundary walls are flint faced with stone top, railings to east of gateway only.
