| Remarks: | Nos 1-10, Fairfield Terrace, Fairfield Road, Havant. Architecturally exuberant and eccentric terrace of 3 storey houses, with decorative plaque commemorating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, 1887, on No. 10. Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 have red tiled roofs, gabled, with barge boards. Nos. 5 and 6 have the roof concealed by a false wall. Nos. 1, 2, 9, and 10, have walls of coursed shaped stone blocks with moulded string course and brick quoins. Nos. 3, 4, 7 and 8 have walls of random stone with moulded string course and brick quoins. Nos. 5 and 6 have walls of rendered cement and brick, with a moulded string course. All have sash windows, with bay windows on ground floor with decorated cement mouldings. Nos. 1 and 10, have first floor gabled bay windows on outer corners. The front doors of adjoining houses share a tiled peaked porch with barge boards. |
